Christian Brando Dies Aged 49

--LOS ANGELES Christian Brando, right, the troubled eldest son of the late actor Marlon Brando, has died in hospital from pneumonia, aged 49. David Seeley, an attorney representing Marlon Brando's estate, said: "This is a sad and difficult time for the family." Brando was a high school drop-out and only had small roles in a handful of movies. He spent five years in jail after pleading guilty to manslaughter in 1990 for killing his sister Cheyenne's boyfriend, Dag Drollet. She committed suicide in 1995. Brando's ex-wife, Deborah, sued him for domestic violence in 2005. He was placed on three years' probation and ordered to attend rehab.
