THE title of the new Bond movie was revealed yesterday - and it's a real Oddjob.

Daniel Craig will reprise his role as famous spy 007 in Quantum of Solace.

But the star's first mission was to explain the strange title to the world.

Craig said: "It is meant to confuse a little. It's meant to make you sort of wonder.

"We want people to start thinking as they come and see the film.

"That doesn't mean it is going to be character driven kitchen sink drama. We're making a Bond film."

The actor - who was a hit in his first outing as Bond in Casino Royale - added: "There were plenty suggestions for things that would look good on the poster.

"But the last film took Bond to a new place and this is meant to do the same again."

The name - from a short story by Bond creator Ian Fleming - was unveiled at Pinewood Studios in London, where filming began in November.

Quantum of Solace also stars Dame Judi Dench, British newcomer Gemma Arterton, 21, Ukrainian model Olga Kurylenko and French star Mathieu Amalric, who plays the villain.

Producer Barbara Broccoli revealed more details about the flick, which starts just after Royale ended.

She said: "It's not a revenge movie - it's much more complicated. There's much more action and it also deals with the inner turmoil of Bond following Casino Royale."

It also emerged that Craig was keen to continue playing the role.

Broccoli added: "We've talked about doing more films with him. He seems very happy to do that."

Fellow producer Michael G Wilson believes fans will love Quantum of Solace.

He said: "There's probably twice as many action sequences compared with the last film. It's pretty much jam-packed."

And Amalric's baddie Dominic Greene could be a cracker after he admitted modelling his character on Tony Blair and French president Nicolas Sarkozy.

He said: "I've been taking details - the smile of Blair, the craziness of Sarkozy."
