Rights Row Over 'Scrabulous'

--The toy manufacturers Hasbro and Mattel, joint owners of the Scrabble brand, have written to the US head office of Facebook, the social networking site, calling for the Scrabulous application to be removed from the site due to copyright issues. Scrabulous, a miniature form of the game available to Facebook members, was created by a firm based in India. A spokesman for Facebook said the firm would not be commenting at this stage.
