Executive Guilty of Backdating Options

--Gregory Reyes, former chief executive of Brocade Communications, the first executive convicted of illegally backdating stock options to inflate their value, has been sentenced to 21 months in prison and ordered to pay a $15m fine. Mr Reyes will remain free pending appeal.
