Checking the Theories

Checking the Theories

Jan 06, 01:33 PM

In regard to the ongoing debate about evolution, perhaps another perspective may be helpful.

There is no doubt there is evolution if evolution is understood as a process of simplicity to complexity or, more precisely, the development of the sophisticated because that is what is observed in the development of the universe and life on this planet. Darwin's theory rests on random mutation, natural selection and survival of the fittest. Darwin did not have the luxury of contemporary biology which contradicts random driven evolution.

For example, the human body is far too complex for randomness. It is the result of co-operation because that is what is observed. That part of his theory is therefore ruled out. Darwin could not provide a motivation for natural selection therefore his version is redundant.

Survival of the fittest is only a minor aspect of life, not a major. I know this because I bred dairy animals for more than 50 years. Darwinism has major flaws which cannot be reconciled with observation and new knowledge. The theory of intelligent design falls over because it proposes that God has designed imperfection, therefore it is nonsense.

Creationism contradicts observation, evidence and reason, again it's nonsense.

We await a better theory.
