Current Headlines: FAMILIES are set to sue a hospital trust after Britain's most fatal superbug outbreak killed 331 patients.

A Healthcare Commission report found filthy wards and appalling practices contributed to the deaths from superbug clostridium difficile at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Trust hospitals in Kent.

Lawyers said there were "absolute grounds" to sue and expect many claims.
