Current Headlines: An attorney for Owen Wilson said police were called to the actor's Santa Monica, Calif., home because the actor slit his wrists, it was reported.

The attorney, who asked not to be named, told Access Hollywood the police response wasn't because of an overdose of drugs and Wilson didn't have his stomach pumped. Wilson had been taking anti-depressants but the attorney said he was unaware of other drugs in Wilson's system at the time of the incident Sunday.

After being taken to a Santa Monica hospital, Wilson was transferred to a Los Angeles hospital.

While police logs indicate the call was for a suicide attempt, the Santa Monica City Attorney's office said it wouldn't release the 911 call made regarding Wilson.

Access Hollywood also reported actor Steve Coogan has denied reports that he gave drugs to Owen Wilson. The two had supporting roles in the Ben Stiller vehicle, Night At The Museum.

My thoughts are with my friend Owen at this difficult time but I do want to set the record straight and say that the allegations published ... are completely and utterly false, he said in a statement to Access Hollywood.
