Current Headlines: WASHINGTON A judge ruled in favour of a South Korean dry-cleaner which was sued for $54m ([pound]27m) over a pair of trousers it allegedly lost. Judge Judith Bartnoff decided the owners of Custom Cleaners did not violate consumer protection laws by failing to live up to Roy L Pearson's expectations of the "satisfaction guaranteed" sign in the store window. Mr Pearson, right, an administrative law judge, was ordered to pay costs of $1,000 at District of Columbia Superior Court to Soo Chung, Jin Nam Chung and Ki Y Chung.
