Current Headlines: DELHI A physician and his wife, also a doctor, have been arrested for allegedly filming their 15-year-old son performing a Caesarean section in an attempt to set a world record. Dr K Murugesan, who owns a maternity hospital in Tamil Nadu, apparently hoped to get Dhileepan Raj into Guinness World Records as the youngest surgeon. Guinness has said it does not endorse such attempts.
