Cough Girl Grounded

A STUDENT was ordered off a jet after suffering a noisy coughing fit.

The shocked 16-year-old was told to leave by cabin staff who said she was too ill to fly.

Rachel Collier was to fly back home to Hawaii from New York where she had been on a school trip.

But moments before the Continental Airlines flight took off the captain told staff to remove her.

Collier and a teacher were forced to stay behind in New York.

Her mum Stephanie said: "Suddenly there was a group of people standing around her. They asked her to leave the plane."
