Wynonna Judd Seeks Divorce

Current Headlines: Country singer Wynonna Judd filed for divorce Tuesday in a Nashville court from her estranged husband, D.R. Roach, citing irreconcilable differences.

Roach faces three counts of aggravated sexual battery against a minor. He was arrested March 22 in Abilene, Texas, according to Judd's Web site.

I am obviously devastated. Our family will pull together, begin the healing process and hopefully -- by the Grace of God -- become stronger, Judd said. We will move forward with our faith, family and our friends to find resolution to this difficult situation.

She said Roach had been seeking treatment for drug and alcohol addiction at a facility in Texas since February.

The couple married in November 2003.
