The program offers assistance for higher education to Oklahoma students with limited financial resources. It is administered through the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education.

Volunteers can work days, nights or weekends to help students and their families with the application and understand the program guidelines.

OHLAP requires students to complete a core curriculum, maintain a minimum grade point average and meet codes of conduct to be eligible for free tuition for up to five years at any public Oklahoma college or university.

To volunteer, call 382-3269.
