Naomi Campbell Reports to Clean Up

Current Headlines: Model Naomi Campbell traded high-style stilettos for New York-issued boots as she began serving her community service for throwing a cell phone at her maid.

She reported to the Manhattan District Number 3 garage Monday, where she will perform five days of community service to fulfill that portion of her sentence, E! News said.

Miss Campbell arrived on time to work. She came ready to work, Albert Durrell, deputy chief of the Department of Sanitation, said. We have plenty of work for her to do over the next five days, he added.

Because of Campbell's supermodel status, sanitation police will guard the garage's entrances while she's there, Durrell said.

Campbell pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault in January.

The supermodel also was ordered to pay $363 in medical expenses for striking Ana Scolavino in the head and attend anger management counseling.
